Easy Installation:

Follow simple instructions

1. Download the modpack from

PASS IN VIDEO 


NOTE: OBB is required, otherwise a black screen will appear

2. Extract the modpack files and copy them to the Android/data
3. Rename the GPU file according to your device's (Adreno) direct play

Rename folder 
gta3
gta_int


don't like the character's black shade? Try version 6, it's already uploaded.
